Do you eat when you're hungry?

Or do you only eat at specified times? I have heard doctors say that many people get the feeling of being hungry a few hours after they eat but they should drink something instead. I usually only eat when I remember to eat, haha!...

SOWRAMS When you mainly eat 3 times a day the chances of getting disease is high. Eating twice a day is inevitable. Practicing to take food one time you become a YOGI. There are people starving to get food even once exist.
