SalattiNET Not sure if you can install it on blogspot. I have never used blogspot... You need to be able to insert some code in your template to use it... If you have news, write here so that other people with a blogspot account ca read.

SalattiNET You can use it with adsense without problem. You register, they give you a piece of code that you need to put on your website (let's say on the sidebar), then they start selling text link ads for you on your site, then they pay you.

SalattiNET You can REALLY earn money with Google AdSense only if your website gets thousands of visits per day. If you want to improve your earnings I suggest you also use something like Text Link Ads (http://www.text-link-ads.com/?ref=47501).
