dragon54u When I get that feeling, I change my surroundings. I go for a drive or go outside in the yard if it's not too hot. Eat something that is high protein to stimulate your brain or drink a glass of ice water. Just get moving and get away from wherever you are...

Sue21 I was forced to be a Night Owl with my youngest boy but apart from that I love to sleep. I am not into IQ thing. Guy at the Army Office said I was very intelligent and I would have loved to believe him too.

Ryan Haydon I may be a night owl but sometimes I feel very stupid. I don't have to poor a diet but I definitely don't sleep what I should. High IQ really doesn't mean squat anyhow. If you don't have any nerve to do anything with it whats the point in being so smart....

Felicia Kane For sure I am a night owl haha I normally go to bed at like 3 or 4AM. I don't know how high my IQ it, but I am very open minded and philosophical.
