How do you feel about smoking? I am an ex-smoker. I started trying to quit when I was 23. I just recently was able to make it happen. I feel that smoking was the dumbest choice I ever made and I had to fight so hard to quit....

eric chiaramonte Well, I disagree. Perhaps it isn't necessarily an article of law however, it expresses legally binding rights. When someone or something grants you unalienable rights they are morally and ethically obligated to uphold those rights.

eric chiaramonte Thanks for your input Siduri. Being proactive is definitely a necessary component for change. Our ability to change our government is what makes me proud to be an American. I wish more people would get involved.

eric chiaramonte I hadn't considered that aspect of it. My God, these men and woman will have to live with this on their conscience. It's a cruel thing to ask someone to do. I can only imagine how they must suffer. I will pray for them!

eric chiaramonte I agree that a person should be given the chance to change and contribute to society. Some will argue that when they did what they did they robbed another human being of any chance and hope so why should they be given one? What would you say to someone who...
