How do you feel about smoking? I am an ex-smoker. I started trying to quit when I was 23. I just recently was able to make it happen. I feel that smoking was the dumbest choice I ever made and I had to fight so hard to quit....

It is a dumb choice and very sorry to see young people do it. However, it is a choice that is allowed. Maybe it should it should be illegal if under 40? Ha, ha-that won't happen. We do not allow smoking in our home or on our land.

I smoked for 50 years and quit. Up to now, I consider myself a smoker who is not smoking so I will not even touch a ciggie. When I was young, it was considered "in" to smoke. All the movie stars smoked in the films and they were more sexy for that. There wasnt...

@teamfreak16 Good luck! I read once that sitting in a sauna helps. Apparently going in for a bit during 3 days will help get rid of the toxins that make you want a cig.
