Well when do you know you've spent too much time online? Today I feel like I have. News can really be stressful. Not only world issues, even local news can be stressful. Heck I don't even watch the news or read the papers...

Shay Flaxman thats the main problem in our modern western world. everything is available 24 hours at day. You actually cannot hide from t but you could spread your time with other things like traveling and friends or some hobbies.

Today after i woke up and had a long talk with myself..i said Rose..you need a hobby!....and not just a sewing class or baking something..,but a real hobby that will entertain you, keep you occupied instead of coming to myLot...

Shay Flaxman I believe that way that you choose is great because you should follow after something that make you feel happy. I always talk to myself and say "everything will be fine, you just do things that make you laugh and smile".
