Shay Flaxman thats the main problem in our modern western world. everything is available 24 hours at day. You actually cannot hide from t but you could spread your time with other things like traveling and friends or some hobbies.

Shay Flaxman I believe that way that you choose is great because you should follow after something that make you feel happy. I always talk to myself and say "everything will be fine, you just do things that make you laugh and smile".
