kiran1978 Yes I do get tired if I have too much sleep. I need on average about 8 hours slep a night. Any more of less then that then I am tired for the day. I find if I sleep too much then I am really lethargic that day and have no motivation to do anything.

lightningd I function best on about 6 hours. More than that and I feel groggy all day. Sometimes I'm ok on 4 hours but it depends on the day I had before. Since I take pain pills for my ankle at nite, they only last about 4-6 hours so I don't usually sleep much past 6...
