I am 100kg constantly failing to reduce my weight, sometimes i just quit eating for a week and lose 2 kg, but in later i again fell into my eating habit and lose control over food, whats your experience?

Who all need a mylot android or ios app

I was thinking it is more convenient to use mylot in our phone. A well developed app which is faster like whatsapp and instagram, i think it will help to increase our payment, we will work on the go, am i right?
