I am 100kg constantly failing to reduce my weight, sometimes i just quit eating for a week and lose 2 kg, but in later i again fell into my eating habit and lose control over food, whats your experience?

Sherwin martin I work in a hotel so that its very difficult to do diets i think i have to workout like 3 hours, heavy lifting or something

Sherwin martin @Starkinds but i found a difference, reading news from mobile and newspaper has a huge difference, reading newspaper gives a healthy immagination while using mobile phone i feel like it doesnt produce some chemicals from brain that gives a healthy feeling
