Solly7879 Dont use hot water! Use water cold, your body has to burn more calories warming it up.

Effexor while pregnant?

Has anyone taken a low dosage of Effexor XR while pregnant? If so, what was your experience like? Did it affect your baby? I'm currently on it and want to have another baby but I was told by my doctor that I'd have to get off of...

Solly7879 I've been on it for 2 years now. I started at 150mg a day, then 2 months ago started weaning myself off w/ my doctors help. I did 75mg for 4 weeks then dropped to 37.5mg for 4 weeks. I'm on week 3 of that now....so I think maybe I'll be talking to my doctor on...

My labor was fairly decent....until my water broke. They did my epidural but it didnt take so my pushing was awful. Now I'm terrifed of having another baby=( what was your experience like?

I only drink once or twice a week.But I consume a lot in that night and once I start drinking I cant stop until Im extremely drunk or flake out.This is the cause for all the one night stands Ive had as when sober I wouldnt dream...

Solly7879 I have to agree. You sound like a binge drinker to me. You should talk to a professional to see why you are destroying yourself.
