SonofVoodoo Best bet is to look around your area and find what is missing. What type of food will the are sustain. I don't really know how well a gourmet Taco Truck will do in Michigan. But in L.A. or Houston it would do excellent. Also consider the size of the space...

SonofVoodoo Right now 10 hours online is easy. I don't have cable, so all my TV viewing is done online also. Also work from home online. Yeah, my computer is pretty much the center of my life. :(
