Has anyone out there dealt with anxiety and Panic? Has anyone experienced numbness of hands or feet related to anxiety?

SparklyThingz Yes, when I feel anxious my chest hurts and its hard to breathe. I also find it hard to concentrate and get very irritable.

Has anyone tried any of the newer anxiety medications?

I know there are alternatives to the doctor putting people with anxiety on xanax or valium or even klonepine but have these newer meds worked for you? Which ones and what effect did they have positive or negative??
