Pregnancy: Is There A "Right" Time?

Is there a "right" time to have children? In my experiences, that's a big fat No! I have 1 child who is 3 and I have 1 on the way. My husband and I have been together for 5 1/2 years and I can hoenstly say our son was an "oops!"....
