Steve P I have a 30euro pair of Fila running shoes that I got on sale at Sprinter. I run a 10k loop every 3 or 4 days and they are great. I don't believe you have to spend a fortune on running shoes as long as they are a good fit and don't do you any damage. Enjoy...
