What do you do to calm your anger?

i always try and hold it in but sometimes i just lash out.What do you do when you get angry or mad? I like to have a cup of water to clear that lump in my throat and i like to think about other things to hold my temperature down.

Its really bad. I cant breathe and I feel like i have a loss of air. Please tell me something that can help me relax. I dont want to take medicine either. Unless it gets worse but I cant even imagine that.
