i always try and hold it in but sometimes i just lash out.What do you do when you get angry or mad? I like to have a cup of water to clear that lump in my throat and i like to think about other things to hold my temperature down.

Stevensitu Yes. ppl adjust christmas and make it their own. Some ppl bend christmas rules and celebrate it like that. But dont get me wrong, theres nothing wrong with that!
