TLChimes No, it doesn't have to be friends but God is a good friend to have. You're right, it is a strange answer but after thinking about it a bit I could see the truth of it, the way you could find comfort there.

TLChimes @savak03 I do have a few very clear memories that are tied to joy but I don't think our joys are as so unexpected or as HUGE as those traumatic moments so they have a harder impact. Because schools are not always the smartest places.

TLChimes Yep. That is why the cycle just repeats itself. They set these folks up for failure and then complain about the outcome. Stupid government humans.
