TheCatLady coconut milk is high in fat as is hummus and most salad dressings. You can easily put 500 calories on your salad just by adding dressing.

TheCatLady It is simple. I buy fresh beans. Roast my own coffee. And most important, I don't pollute my coffee with additives. In the States I could buy really good beans already roasted. I bought Pete's coffee back when it was a small shop the size of a closet....

TheCatLady 25 cents? omg that's cheep. It's about 2.50 here for coffee or tea. I don't buy coffee out very often, but if I'm out with friends, I'll have a cup to be social. I prefer my own coffee. It's higher quality.
