Did any weight loss programs help you ever ?

I did try quiet few methods. Low fats, low carbs, low sugars and what not. But none of them were too effective when used alone. I found out my own mixing all these 3. Worked well for me. What about you?

Trunkiey1 The best thing to do is eat healthy. Don't eat fatty foods, excercise regularly, I went to a dietitcian a few years ago she was recommended to me becuase she allowed me to eat chocolate...mmmmmmmm I digress, she totld me that eat well keep moving once a week...

we mooved 70 miles away from the place id lived all my life leaving my grandparents,family and lifelong friends behind.i was heartbroken and felt like someone had died.im 35 now and am still here,a single parent with 3 kids age...

I've just happened to read that there's a woman who considers her self to be lucky because her husband is a stay at home husband who doesnt work. I'm kind of confused, well, call me a old fashioned, because I dont agree with her....
