My job won't give me hours, or fire me. What do I do?

I can't quit, because there aren't any other jobs here and quitting means no unemployment. But since they won't fire me, I can't get unemployment. They refuse to give me hours, simply because the boys can do more physical work...

VeggieMoon So... what exactly do you do for that? Sell people high tech pads? Not to discredit the idea, but around here people can get those for free.

VeggieMoon I can't get proof for that, because they've hired other females, but those females have contacts within the company, so they wont be fired no matter how little work they do.
