Michelle Harlow It really is important to stay fit. Not only is it good for the baby, but it makes delivery easier and getting back into shape after delivery easier.

Michelle Harlow Most places have shelters or churches that help out, but most places it's not nearly enough. Plenty are forced to sleep horrible places because they have no alternatives.
