Once you get Acid Reflux, why do we tend to believe it stays with us for the rest of our lives? Has anyone experienced this and actually cured themselves of it...I'm not talking treatment with antacids, I mean have you overcome...

I have been told that yoga can help relieve acid reflux symptoms. Since yoga is very effective at relieving stress, it can do wonders for your body. Had anyone around here tried yoga before?

Hi! I have acid reflux and I usually eat apples to neutralize the acid in my stomach. Most of the time it works! Also, if you want to avoid that burning sensation in your esopahgus and under your ribcage, you better stop smoking...

A1tooter Well, the stress eems to be a common factor with both of us... I now drink Green Tea in the morning to relieve my stomach...you may want to try that out. By the Way, I ate after 7PM last night and it did not seem to affect me...which is good, I will not...

A1tooter I received a letter from my doctor stating that I am not in too bad of shape, thank Goodness for that...I noticed that I started eating after 6:30PM... got to stop that! Going back to basics...By the way, your apple suggestion seems to work for me...I drank...
