aardvarkboy If you smoked less than a pack a year you didnt smoke lol! Its not quitting when you smoke that little, its just refraining!

aardvarkboy Yeh, its my choice and my curse. I wouldn't recommend anyone should start but then I'm not really interested in stopping either. Oh what a twisted web we weave! Live and let live :-)

aardvarkboy It does suppress ur appetite a bit but I dont think taking up smoking is the way to go! Just eat less lol! Live and let live :-)
