aaronme18 Yup I follow the 3 meals per day. Because if not I go crazy when skip a meal. I usually becomes weak if that happens. Because when I was still young we always eat 3 meals a day together with my family.

aaronme18 I used Tide detergent because it really removes the dirt and it really whiten your cloths. And it is more cheaper compare to other detergent.
