abdulla48K2 Whatever can B cooked for a big family, can B cooked for a 1 and a quarter family. All U have to do is use small portions of ingredients to make a large enough meal that U actaully feel like eating in a day.

abdulla48K2 I don't think that it is a good idea, from the health point of view. But many cultures and religions allow it. Some like the Zorastrians (Parsee's) practice it actively. There R some other comunities that encourage it to keep the share of the landed property...

Do Indians celebrate Thanksgiving?

I'm just wondering if it's just an american thing. I heard Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving. Please correct me if I'm wrong

abdulla48K2 No Indians do not celebrate Thanksgiving. We already have enough of festivals & holidays. V do not need more. Yes in Canada they celebrate Thanksgiving, but not on the same day. They do it earlier.

abdulla48K2 No Indians do not celebrate Thanksgiving. We already have lot of festivals and holidays. In Canada they celebrate thnaksgiving, but it is not the same day as in US. They do it earlier.
