i m in favour of this punishment, though i agree that severity of punishment is not a deterrent to an extent where "surety" of punishment performs the task of deterrence. but i think it is the requirement of justice.

abdulwahab468 then thats the problem puerly attributed to the judicial system. and not to anything else. as we know that a strict punishment requires 100 percent surety, rather an over ensured fact. thoroughly ascertained... thanks anyways for the comments
