abhisree thats good that you can find these things as motivators!!to be honest i myself tend to curl up in a ball when depressed and i share it only with 2 people whom i am very close to. what you do can be said as survival strategy!!

abhisree how very correct you are.my doc prescribed me anti-depressants too and i opted for it along with exercise and yoga which worked wonders.also as you said i took out time to care for myself-i gave myself long baths, massages, music, and anything that i liked....
