abigailsavan1976 Oh Yeah! Don't forget to stretch that is very important. We use to do alot of stretching before we ran. That helps to loosen up the muscles. Drink plenty of water too.

abigailsavan1976 Where I live you have to get on a waiting list to get low income houseing. Last time I checked the waiting list was over a year long. She does need to check to make sure where she lives though. As for everything else I totally agree.
