ragging can be punishable?

In my opinion when ragging crosses its limits, it can be punishable. Otherwise, it helps in the students mingling with each other and keeps the shyness far.

abinesh massa or kimi is my answer.... team ferrari seemed to be geared up during the practice and the qualifying did not seem tooo bad as well... yet lewis is doing too well ... but i doubt if he ll survive the 1st corner as something tells me that the start is going...

abinesh no ram, there cant be... there s only one schumacher, like there s only one sun ,ane moon , one superstar (rajni kanth if u know him)... its difficult to have "the schumacher attitude" ... maybe he has got the talent... but how many drivers talk to the track...
