acisMahrje Thanks for the reply :) its seems like substitution is no no. have they ever sent you right alternatives? at least sending it back is easy :) btw do you think shopping online is expensive than shopping in the store?

acisMahrje Actually i was also wondering how they would ship ice cream and stuff like that. But i am sure they won't break eggs if they do they might have to replace.

acisMahrje Yes Chevee, It would definitely help people who are handicapped. What about busy mother or housewife wouldn't it help them shop as well?

acisMahrje Yes, indeed delivery charge are usually high, maybe unless one is ordering in large quantity it won't be cheap.

acisMahrje Hi, thanks for your response. Here, in UK I think its about £4-£5 delivery charge. However, there are certain promotion,like if you get shopping of over £100 you'll get free delivery and things like this.
