Whenever you buy a fruit? What fruits do you get or purchased? Which one is the most healthiest? Me, I always make sure that we have bananas because it compose of potassium and gives you enough energy throughout the day.

Twitchy164 Bananas are great. But don't go crazy and just gorge yourself on bananas (not that anyone would), because you don't want to OD on potassium.

Wickedself My laptop is old too and I havent changed its configuration much it is a dell 1.8 Ghz 512 mb ram 20 GB hdd CD-Writer. Infrared 15" thats all
