I sprained my ankle about 1 month ago and was not able to run. Now I have been told that I can run again. How should I start to build up to the distances I was doing. I was doing about 10 k before. All thoughts appreciated...

So long story cut short, I have an old computer with 1gb ram in it. I'm trying to do so high end video editing. Sometimes it seems a bit slow. I am only using 2 of the 4 RAM slots in the computer. Is it worth buying 2 more sticks...
