agalmo2 although this might be highly controversal... i must share my tip with u use a diet pill it curbs your hunger and it works well if you use it correctly. try cortislim or hydroxcut. they both work wonders for losing 5lbs or so. I must worn, weight does...

agalmo2 hey hun, i know u ask about diet pills, and i know for a fact you dont wanna hear "just diet and exercise" F THAT! the best diet pill that worked for me was Hydroxycut and cortislim. They both curved my appetite
