aishaladon I became Muslim after studying the history of religion. I learned about Judaism, Christianity ,and more. My husband had Muslim friends and so he new a little about Islam as well. It took a few years about 2 to study religion, and than 2 about Islam ,...

aishaladon I think it depends on where you live. I live in CA, and yes they are very accepted, and now have the right to get married. CA is very liberal in some aspects.
