Ellie Sheila Yes music is a nice healer, I usually go for chillhop as I like to think I'm cool haha I've tried the ashwagandha herb and valerian root, as well as Bach rescue remedy which contains essences like star of bethlehem :) Yourself?

Ellie Sheila Thanks as are you! Yes it's all about shaking off those weird feelings which was so hard to do at the beginning. Have you looked up positive news? It encourages a positive outlook on the world which in turn makes things feel less pointless.

Ellie Sheila I believe most humans have experienced anxiousness and/or a deep sadness that can become depression due to events in their life, even if it doesn't last long. For others however it can just be the default setting of their biology.
