ambikadivya Here i like to add if you have less memory (hard disk space) you can go for DSL (damn small linux).Even you can use it without installation as a live CD . Visit www.distrowatch.com and choose your Linux Distro as per your choice. Thanks.

ambikadivya I here like to share my experience ,one time my cd get a scratch and not read at all in windows .....when i tried this CD in linux OS it got read .:-)

Recently i have downloaded some softwares and extracted all in the same directory. As i have no knowledge of which files are of which software ...i am unable to distinguish between them .How can i delete some of software files...

Noise in my deskop.
