amprad Nope, not a single one that old, that i can tell you. Only NanoMoneyCorp is the one that i know is operating since march 2006 and oldest to my knowledge. Geniusfunds and Panamoney are also a bit old, operating since 2nd half of 2008.

amprad You need a bank account only when you want to withdraw your money from paypal. You need a credit card to verify your account in order to be able to send and receive money from/to your paypal account.
