why is it so much harder to loose weight when you are older

amylou Guess it's cause we're not as active as we were as kids. They have that natural energy that keeps them wanting to go go go. Plus our metabolisms seem to slow as we grow. I have the same problem - a little chubby and don't seem to get as much activity as I...

amylou I guess it depends on who their from. : ) Red roses are pretty symbolic of love so if they're from that special someone then I prefer red. White roses are gorgeous thought too.

amylou Yes, I guess it helps to have some kind of faith. Life's hard - if you have something to keep you going - no matter what it is you believe in - it's okay. It's good to have faith. : )

amylou I'm a smoker too - no ideas on quitting though, sorry. I think you just have to make up your mind to stop, actually stop, and then do it. It's hard so I wish you luck!!
