and1soma Stop the milk products and the late eat of carbs and eat more raw nuts and fresh fruits and vegetables. Sleep well. And the most important, workout hard as crazy with heavy weights. I'm in perfect shape and healthy following those things. Best regards!

and1soma Why don't you try AdBlock Plus (www.adblockplus.org)? It's a browser plugin and it blocks all the ads in the internet. I have been using it from 4 years and I really love it!

and1soma I think it will be better idea if they made a browser plugin. It's more useful, practical and gives you more space instead of the old fashioned toolbars. And I really think they have to upgrade their site design. :D
