in my country, unemployment has been a common issue especially to the fresh graduates. some companies even bear the slogan "so and so experience is needed", wherein of course fresh graduates do not fit it in the practical sense....

I think there should be a limit of 12 and over as children really only want to play games on their phones and don't really have a proper need to have them they mostly want them for fun!
