What type of paypal account a mylotter should open?

Paypal has three types of accounts which may subsequently be upgraded. What type of account is ideal for us who are supposed to be attached to only sites like mylot or any PTC or PTR sites?

AngelHope2011 I have a free personal account with paypal. They have a business account too. I just linked my paypal account to my bank account this week.
