angelsam It is always good to help those in 'real' need, especially those who are unable to earn enough to make ends meet or really have problems finding a roof above them.

angelsam If I have no chance to exercise regularly, I will try to avoid foods that will result in high chloresterol or harmful effects. Eg: favorite fried stuff
