We all have that dreaded exercise that we push on through and "git 'er done" even though we hate it and know how good it is for our bodies. I am so not a fan of cardio. I would so rather be grunting and groaning lifting...

I would have to say mine is pizza. Chocolate is also a cheat food I choose, but I guess it wouldn't be considered "cheating" when I eat it daily. I just make sure its the highest % dark chocolate and I usually only eat one piece...

Any exercise helps me to relieve stress, but I would have to say my all time favorite is my punching bag...boy, can I take out some anger and issues on that thing! http://womensdietandfitness.com
