angie5 I like to run in the mornings. Mornings I am refreshed and ready to workout..by afternoon or evening, I am too beat to run! I am so not a runner, used to be, but age has led me to other means of cardio. If I do jog, I do intervals..faster and more effective....

I have been trying to lose weight. I do weights, walk a lot mostly every day, I cannot run more than a minute at a time, but as for food, I here eat more carbs, eat less carbs, eat more fibre, etc. I know I cannot eat too much...

angie5 Sounds like you are on the right start. Instead of just running, try doing intervals..they are the best for fat loss. Intervals are like walking for 1 min and running for 30 sec and doing that about 4-6x with a warm up and cool down. Intervals are the best for...
