Do you devote 8 hours each night to sleep. When you get less or more of 8 hours of sleep, how do you feel the next day? I am groggy, un-focused, and grouchy.

anishak hiii i sleep atleast 8hrs nd i feel very fresh nd very comfortable for the nxt day ....when i have lack of sleep thn i feel lik very unsteady so 8hrs per a day is a gud thing so if u sleep more than 8 hrs than u feel again to sleep so dat nxt day it was lik...
