Anna thanks. sometimes the food is so delicious, i can not help to eating them although i am not hungry. NOW i must give up this bad habit.

Anna Dear du, I usually do not eat ice cream and chili, i like to eating millet porridge very much. The doctor also told me do not have too much pressure and keep calm mood. I will take action. thanks
