annlynn Neither my husband nor anyone in hs family know anything about anyone before his grandfather. His grandfather died quite a long time ago and no one was really interested in where they came from when he was alive.

annlynn I have been told by friends who have diabetes that cinnamon capsules are good to keep blood sugar down. You can get them in health food stores. They keep blood pressure down too.

annlynn I was told by a specialist when my son was diagnosed with ADHD that there is a test they can do using a video game to track the child's eye movements. That shows whether they actually have ADHD or not. I think you should do that before anything else.

annlynn My father developed epilepsy when he was past 80 years old. As long as he is on his Dilantin he can drive and do just about everything else that he used to do. The only thing that he can't do is ride bike because the Dilantin affects his sense of balance.
