annushri i do not know beacause i have no children yet...But i think it would be between 6 or 7.depending on the condition of the woman. I had appendix and had tremendous pain before it. For that i would rate 11...but i do not know anything about childbirth....Are you...

Avoid drinking coffe or tea in morning....Take half a cup of warm water and mix some honey and squeeze a lime and mix well and drink..it is very good for health and it reduces the weight also...mix with warm water only ..don't use...
