antoid I think you should make a good sleeping habbit. by doing a six hours sleep in the night. don't do any night activities. Set your sleeping hours into 6 hours.

antoid i never use alarm clock, i just make a habbit of sleeping 6 hours a day. so, the forst thing needed is good sleep habbit.

antoid I agree with you. When talking about relationship, the key to success is depend on the two person who were in the relationship. So, the simple to know the relatinship is going to be success or not is on accepting our couple as the way they were in vice versa....
